Who operates this site

What data I collect

Contact forms — When you fill out the Partnership or Coaching form, I collect your name, email address, and the information you provide in the form fields. This data is sent to me via email through Resend, a transactional email service.

Email list signup — When you subscribe to my email list, your email address is stored by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), an email marketing platform. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

Why I collect it

Contact form data is collected so I can review your application and get back to you. Email list signups are collected so I can send you the content you signed up for. I don't use your data for anything else.

Who has access to your data

• Resend — processes and delivers contact form emails. Their privacy policy.
• Kit (ConvertKit) — stores email list subscriber data. Their privacy policy.
• Netlify — hosts this website and runs the contact form backend. Their privacy policy.

I don't sell, trade, or share your data with anyone beyond these services.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use cookies or any analytics tracking tools. No data is collected passively through your visit.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data I hold. To do so, email seb@sebrozga.com and I'll handle it within 30 days. If you're subscribed to the email list, you can unsubscribe instantly using the link in any email.

Changes to this policy

If I make changes, I'll update this page and the date at the top. No surprise terms.
