Who runs this site
Sebastian Rózga, based in Poland. I'm the data controller for anything collected here. Questions about your data: sebrozgamail@gmail.com.
What I collect
Call bookings. When you book an intro call or the paid consult, the booking is handled by Cal.com. It collects your name, email, time zone and anything you write in the booking form.
Payments. The paid consult is paid at booking. Payment is processed by Stripe through Cal.com. I never see or store your card details.
Consult recordings. The paid consult is recorded so you can have the recording. It's shared with you and nobody else.
Forms. If you send details through a form on this site, I get your name, email and whatever you type in. It's emailed to me through Resend.
Email list. If you subscribe, your email is stored by Kit. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Email. If you email me directly, I keep the conversation in my inbox like anyone would.
Why
To run the calls you book, take payment for them, reply to you, and send the emails you signed up for. The legal basis is either our agreement (calls and consults) or your consent (email list). I don't use your data for anything else, and I don't sell it.
Who else processes it
- Cal.com runs call booking and scheduling. Their policy.
- Stripe processes consult payments. Their policy.
- Resend delivers form emails. Their policy.
- Kit stores email list subscribers. Their policy.
- Netlify hosts the site and runs the form backend. Their policy.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts, so Google sees your IP address when the page loads. Their policy.
Some of these companies are based outside the EU. They transfer data under their own safeguards, such as the EU's standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't set cookies or run analytics. The Cal.com booking calendar on the booking page may set its own cookies to work.
How long I keep it
Booking and payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Everything else is deleted when it's no longer needed, or when you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete what I hold on you, or object to how it's used. Email me and I'll handle it within 30 days. If you're in the EU and unhappy with how I handled it, you can complain to your local data protection authority (in Poland, that's the UODO).
Changes
If this changes, I'll update the page and the date at the top.
